How to Request Tank Storage
The steps from first enquiry to confirmed tank storage, and what to include so the reply is useful.
1. Send an enquiry
Tell us the product, approximate volume, preferred location, timing and how product will arrive and leave. Our contact form asks for exactly this.
2. Availability check
We check tank space and compatibility at Alexandria, or with the host terminal for leased locations. If something is unclear, such as the specification or previous cargo, we ask.
3. Terms
Once space is confirmed, we agree the term, scheduling, measurement and documentation arrangements in writing.
4. First movement
Your first nomination goes in, and our team plans the receipt with you.
